Meet Muse: Your AI Chief of Staff

What Muse is, how it works, and a five-step tutorial to set it up so it supports your business while you stay fully in control.

Two women in conversation during a royal blue podcast interview

Muse is Meta's personal AI agent, available at muse.ai on the web, iOS, Android, and Mac. Instead of answering one question and forgetting you, Muse learns how your business works and helps you carry the load, like a chief of staff who takes notes, follows up, and keeps things moving.

Getting started in five steps

  1. 1

Create your account and pick a plan

Sign up at muse.ai or download the app. There are free and paid plans, so you can start small and upgrade only if it makes sense for you.

  2. 2

Do a 2-minute spoken brain dump

Talk to Muse like you'd brief a new assistant. Share your businesses, your offers, the people you work with, and how you like to work. Don't worry about being organized; that's Muse's job.

  3. 3

Connect only the accounts you choose

You decide what Muse can see. For each connection, set permissions to Allow, Ask, or Deny. When in doubt, choose Ask.

  4. 4

    Approve everything before it sends

Muse prepares, you approve. Nothing needs to leave your accounts without your say-so. You stay in control.

  5. 5

Ask for one small workflow first

Start with something simple: drafting follow-ups, building a content calendar, or a weekly check on what needs your attention. Small wins build confidence.
