You may provide contact details when booking or contacting us. Invited portal users provide account information and may share project updates, comments, and files. This information is used to communicate with you and support the client engagement.
AI call preparation
The preparation form sends your answers to an AI service to generate a personalized brief. The page displays the result for you; it does not save the brief as a client project record. Service providers may process request information under their own policies. Do not include passwords, payment details, confidential client records, or other sensitive information in the form.
Accounts and project files
The client portal uses account and session information to sign you in. Project records and shared files are stored to make them available to the studio and authorized clients. Browser storage supports sign-in sessions. Contact us about access, correction, or deletion requests; retention may also depend on a client agreement or applicable obligations.
Technical information
Hosting, security, and connected services may process technical details such as requests, device or browser information, and error records to deliver and maintain the site. We cannot control the information independently collected when you visit an external website.
Third-party links and embedded content
Google Calendar handles bookings; Google Drive hosts the resume. Social links, reference websites, and other external services have their own privacy practices. Embedded content may send technical information to its provider when it loads. Review the relevant provider's notice before sharing information there.
